This notice covers the marketing website. It is not the privacy notice for a hospital or clinic using TrueWait, Charta, or Steriwatch. Those terms are set with that organization for that pilot.
What a demo request collects
If you use the form, we collect:
- Your name
- Work email
- Organization
- Role, if you provide it
- Which product you want to discuss
- Your message
- Whether you opted in to occasional product updates
We also store the time of the request and a hash of the network address, used only to limit automated submissions. We do not use that hash to build a profile of you.
What not to send
Do not send patient information, health information, health card numbers, medical record numbers, or clinical details through this website. If a message appears to contain that kind of information, we reject it and ask you to write again without it.
How we use it
We use a demo request to reply to you. If you opt in, we may also send occasional product updates. You can withdraw that consent by emailing info@erablegovernance.com. A reply about the demo you asked for is part of that conversation, not a separate marketing list.
Where it is stored
When a store is configured, demo requests are kept in that database or sent to our email, or both. If no store is configured, the form does not keep the message and asks you to email us instead. The products for hospitals and clinics are designed to be hosted in Canada. This marketing form is not a health information system.
If an email provider is configured, a copy of the request is sent to info@erablegovernance.com. The provider is chosen at deploy time and is named in the operator notes for this site.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not use a third-party analytics product. The demo form does not use a cookie.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share a demo request only with a service that stores or delivers it for us, if one is configured, or if the law requires it.
Retention
We keep demo requests long enough to respond and to keep a record of the conversation. Email info@erablegovernance.com to ask for access, correction, or deletion.
PHIPA
The products are designed for Ontario healthcare settings and around PHIPA. “Designed around PHIPA” is a design goal. It is not a certification, and this website does not claim one. Do not use the demo form to send personal health information.
